Top Gear Live (Clarkson, Hammond & May) Belfast 23rd May,flights also for sale,holiday, weekend away in Ossett, West Yorkshire for sale

Hi, For sale are 2 top gear live tickets for the show in Belfast, I bought these in November last year. The seats are shown on the tickets and the tickets are for the 23rd May at 7.30pm. Due to an on-going illness we can no longer go. The price on this ad is for the top gear live tickets only and do not include the accommodation and flights, the prices for these if needed are below. I also have return flights from Leeds Bradford to Belfast City, again details can be seen on the photo. The outbound flight can be changed to the 14:00 departure on the 21st May at no extra cost or can be changed to depart at 8am on the 22nd May at no extra cost however the return flight cannot be changed as it would cost too much. Seats have been pre-booked and there is also a 20kg bag included. Both tickets are for sale together for £210 this is including name changes which are £40 each. We also have a deposit paid on a 2 bedroom apartment in the titanic quarters of Belfast, amazing views. A deposit of £67 have been paid and there is a further £200 to be paid. I am willing to do a deal with the apartment if both tickets and flights are bought.
