Weekend away to belfast 21st-24th May, includes return flight Leeds to Belfast & top gear tickets in Ossett, West Yorkshire for sale

Hi, I had booked a weekend away to Belfast for the 21st - 24th May 2015, however due to an on-going illness I can no longer go. Included is the following: Return flights from Leeds Bradford airport to Belfast City with pre-booked seats and one 20kg baggage included (along with the 10kg hand luggage). The name changes are £40 each however the name changes are INCLUDED in the price. The outbound flight can be changed to the 14:00 departure on the 21st May at no extra cost or can be changed to depart at 8am on the 22nd May at no extra cost however the return flight cannot be changed as it would cost too much. Included are 2 Top Gear Live tickets (now Clarkson, Hammond and May Live) for the show in Belfast on Saturday 23rd May at 7.30pm. The seats are shown on the picture above. We also have a deposit paid on a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights in the titanic quarters of Belfast with amazing views. A deposit of £67 has been paid however there is a further £200 to be paid. The price of the deposit has not been included in the price of this ad and will not be charged as extra but you will be responsible for paying the rest of the money on the accommodation which is £200 but you don't have to take the accommodation if it isn't wanted. We live in Ossett in West Yorkshire but I am happy to post the top gear live tickets as next day special delivery at no extra cost to the buyer. The flights are with Flybe and the account will be changed to have your address as the log in so you can then change the password (after I have changed the names on the flights).
